Fireco Dorgard Black Fire Door Retainer
The Fireco Dorgard fire door retainer is a clever, battery-operated device designed to fit neatly, in accordance with EN standard 1155, to the bottom of fire doors. There, it will keep the door open and listen for a continuous fire alarm to sound before automatically allowing the door it is attached to close, thereby stopping the spread of any potential flames and/or smoke that would have triggered the initial alarm.
